We were lucky to get both the Esmeralda and Lamastus auction sets this year, and some of you tasted them with us in New York. We won two lots: Esmeralda Nida Natural at $8,702 per kilo and Lamastus Luito Bourbon x Geisha Natural at $6,433 per kilo. Both are coming to Picolot soon.
The rest of the sets, we turned into a roulette, so more of you could taste them. Season 2 members only. The lots in play sold for anywhere between $399 and $6,316 per kilo.
A note on roasting. The Esmeralda lots were roasted by Rachel's team on the farm, so they are a little more developed than I would have taken them. The Lamastus lots were roasted on a Stronghold in New York.
