We know you guys have been waiting for this one! This naturally processed SL34 from Hacienda La Esmeralda is expressive, fruit forward, and super fun to taste. We taste purple florals, a crispy cherry and tropical acidity, all harmoniously tied with a sweet finish. The overall presentation is floral and the acidity is tart and crisp making each sip dynamic. It's almost like a baby version of your favorite fruit forward natural Panama geshas and probably one of the first time you've tasted an SL34 grown in Panama! We're really happy to be featuring this coffee because it's a fantastic representation of how good well processed non gesha varietals from Panama have gotten.

From Hacienda La Esmeralda:
SL-34 4 BANC was harvested from the SL-34 lot in Hacienda La Esmeralda's El Velo farm on March 4th, 2025. After harvest, the coffee cherries were pre-dried for 72 hours outside on raised beds and then fermented for 5 days in a stainless steel anaerobic tank in our cold fermentation room. Finally, the drying phase was completed in our climate -controlled drying room for 37 days. An indoor facility with constant airflow and precise temperature and humidity control.
