Bosque 5 FC was harvested on March 7th, 2025 from the Bosque lot in Hacienda La Esmeralda's Jaramillo farm. The code FC stands for cold fermented washed with climate controlled drying. After being harvested at their ripest, the coffee cherries were depulped and fermented at 16 Cina stainless-steel tanks for 96 hours. This microlot was then dried for 17 days on raised beds in our climate controlled drying facility - an indoor space with constant airlfow and precise temperature and humidity control. Bosque 5 FC has notes of jasmine, lemon, honey, white grape, and black tea.
