BQ Take: Our 10th and final release of 2025 since we started Picolot! Thank you so much for supporting us these past few months. We've released so many funny beans and this Mokkita from Garrido represents what we're about. We taste a fruit forward expression of sweet notes of plum, pomegranate, and a super juicy yet delicate presentation. When cooled the acidity becomes intense and structured reminding us of aperol spritz with zingy acidity. This one is easy to brew yet you can push out so many different detailed layers/notes with higher extractions!

Coffee Details

Varietal: Mokkita. Look at the beans when you get them in! 

Process: Natural DRD. This coffee was floated and then placed on African beds for 3 days, then moved into the dark drying room to reach its final point
