05/03/2025 → Harvested at the Silvia Marina farm and spread on African

drying beds, laid in a thick layer of 15 cm, uncovered for 15 days. It was turned 3 times a day.

20/03/2025 → Taken to the coffee mill and kept in white sacks overnight.

21/03/2025 → Placed in a static dryer at 45°C for 2 days.

23/03/2025 → The coffee came out dry and was stored in white sacks in the mill's warehouses.
